About PVMP

During the Project Value Management Professional course, participants learn a practical approach to enhance collaboration and communication with stakeholders, including benefactors and beneficiaries, ensuring value creation throughout the project, product, and solution lifecycle. Individuals certified in PVMP learn the methods of the StrategyOps framework to effectively identify, define, quantify, measure, and realize business outcomes from any project, product, or technology initiative. They also learn to identify areas within the enterprise that require a change to improve workflows and business capabilities, ultimately achieving strategic agility.By focusing on outcomes and benefits realization, project leaders, IT professionals, and operational leaders can identify and track the right metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and expected outcomes against predefined success criteria, actively engaging stakeholders to maximize the value of implemented digital products and technology solutions and innovation and operational improvements.

  • A 100% payment is required upfront to accept registration.
  • A full refund will be issued if a participant cancels 15 days before the class begins; no refund will be issued if participants cancel after that.
