Session One: Defining the Outcomes and Causation of AI Solutions
From Generative AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP) to machine learning, AI-powered predictive insights, and hyperadaptive workflows, this session will empower you to clearly define the customer and economic outcomes of diverse AI solutions. Leveraging the StrategyOps methods, you will gain the skills to:
- Linking AI Solutions to Business Results and Customer Value: Participants will develop the skill to map AI solutions features to measurable business results and customer value. By leveraging the StrategyOps Operational Causation method, they will also learn to define a clear causality in the operating model from AI initiatives that result in specific business outcomes, ensuring that AI investments drive meaningful results and enhance customer experiences.
- Communicating AI-Driven Customer Outcomes: Participants will become proficient in effectively communicating the customer outcomes of AI initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders. They will learn to tailor their messages to different audiences, highlighting the unique value propositions and benefits that AI solutions bring to customers.
Session Two: Economic and Measurable Business Outcomes of AI Agents
Participants will learn how AI Agents drive measurable business outcomes, as they differ in scope and use cases, ranging from workflow automation and customer service enhancement to document management optimization, development support, and employee management. Through this course, you will learn the basis for economically quantifying the benefits of AI solutions using AI Agent Use Cases that result in cost reduction, cost avoidance, revenue increase, and revenue protection. Leveraging the StrategyOps methods, you will gain the skills to:
- Identifying Measurable Business Outcomes: Participants will learn to recognize and define the economic business results driven by AI Agents across various use cases.
- Economic Quantification of AI Benefits: Participants will learn the basics to economically quantify the outcomes of AI solutions using AI Agent Use Cases, focusing on cost reduction, cost avoidance, revenue increase, and revenue protection.
- Use Case Outcomes Analysis for AI Agents: Participants will develop the skills to analyze how AI Agents use cases, such as workflow automation, customer service enhancement, document management optimization, development support, and employee management, to create economic outcomes and business value.
