The StrategyOps Foundation Course equips participants with a foundational understanding of the StrategyOps 2.0 framework, bridging the gap between technical solutions and strategic, economic business outcomes. By exploring the core elements of StrategyOps 2.0, participants develop fundamental business analysis and critical thinking skills—essential competencies in today’s evolving intelligent human-machine workforce environment.
Participants learn how digital and AI-driven solutions drive operational improvements through intelligent assets, dynamic workflows, and strategic capabilities to achieve measurable business outcomes. Core focus areas include evaluating Digital and AI technical effectiveness, optimizing operational resources, enhancing business processes through AI-enabled human-machine collaboration, and achieving strategic alignment.
This foundation program empowers professionals at all organizational levels to master the value chain—from solution identification to strategic realization. It prepares practitioners to implement the comprehensive StrategyOps 2.0 methodology in their organizations, driving measurable value creation through strategic technology initiatives and effective collaboration with digital and AI systems, such as AI Agents.
The course introduces a robust framework for enterprise value creation and strategic agility, equipping participants with the business analysis and critical thinking tools needed for strategic planning and operational excellence. It provides practical tools to assess, communicate, and measure the business value of initiatives effectively.
Participants will learn the StrategyOps 2.0 three-dimensional approach to evaluating value creation, considering any initiative's total cost, benefit, and risk implications.
