The Product Lifecycle Value Professional (PLVP™) training and certification program is not just about theory. It's about equipping participants with the practical skills they need to define a Product's Total Value of Opportunity (TVO). This hands-on approach empowers participants to identify, define, and quantify the total value of products, whether they're created for internal or external customers. The practical application of these skills is a cornerstone of our program, ensuring that participants can immediately apply what they have learned in real-world scenarios, fostering a sense of confidence and capability. The PLVP training and certification program is designed to cater to the needs of various stakeholders, ensuring that they can all derive maximum value from it. Whether you're a product benefactor, beneficiary, or a key stakeholder in the business domain, the PLVP equips you with the skills to construct a compelling product value case. This case serves multiple purposes, including internal communication of the product's business outcomes, validation with key stakeholders, and customer collaboration to measure the product's value. Project managers, business area leaders, and customer success managers can also leverage the product value case to assess the product's benefits and outcomes. They can also articulate the product objectives and key results to executives and decision-makers, ensuring alignment and informed decision-making at all levels of the organization. The PLVP course is based on the StrategyOps Framework and centers on a three-dimensional enterprise value creation method, a key differentiator of the PLVP program. PLVP teaches participants to define the total value of the product using five types of value creation and a layered approach to identify product needs. They then learn to determine product benefits, objectives, and key results and examine the product life cycle value stages. Understanding relational-based outcomes leads the participants to define product causation, transitioning from product features to business outcomes. Finally, they obtain an overview of the means for economic quantification of product outcomes.
